Bridging finance is a quick way of purchasing property or raising funds quickly and can be provided for both short and long term scenarios.

Interest is rolled up within the facility along with the fees and the loan is repaid at the end of the bridge by refinancing to a longer term investment loan or the sale of the property.

Speed is crucial with bridging finance as it is often used in auction purchases where the client normally has 28 days to complete on the property and we work with a range of lenders who can work at speed to meet these requirements.
